On the morning of December 4, 2024, huge queues of trucks were observed at the borders of Belarus with the EU countries, waiting to leave the Republic of Belarus.

As reported by the press service of the State Border Committee on its official Telegram channel, a total of about 2,600 trucks were recorded.

Thus, 990 heavy-duty trucks have accumulated in front of the Polish checkpoint “Kukuryki” (on the Belarusian side – “Kozlovichi”).

According to the Code of Civil Procedure, control services on the other side of the border processed only 65% of the standard amount of transport in one day.

There were about 1,080 trucks parked in front of the checkpoints on the Belarusian-Lithuanian border.

Over the course of 24 hours, 50% of trucks entered Latvia through this checkpoint.
