According to weather forecasters, the end of October in Belarus will be warm, with air temperatures exceeding the climatic norm by 2-4 degrees.
However, wet snow is predicted already in the first days of November.
Meteorologist Dmitry Ryabov spoke about the weather for the week from October 28 to November 3 on the ONT TV channel.

At the beginning of next week, weather conditions will be determined by a weak atmospheric front. It will bring local short-term rains.
In some areas fog will thicken at night and in the morning. Light northwest wind is expected.
At night it will be +4-9 degrees, during the day on Monday – +12-15 degrees, on Tuesday – +8-13 degrees.
On Wednesday, the influence of an area of high atmospheric pressure will be felt and the rain will stop.
Light fog is possible at night and in the morning. Moderate southwest wind is expected.
At night it will be from 0 to +6 degrees, during the day the thermometer will show +8-14 degrees.
On Thursday and Friday, the weather will be determined by humid air masses and a stationary atmospheric front.
Light rain is forecast, fog will thicken in the morning. Moderate northwest wind is expected.
Night temperatures will be +2-7 degrees, in some areas frosts down to -3 degrees are possible.
During the day on Thursday +9-15 degrees is expected, on Friday – +8-12 degrees.
The first weekend of November will be partly cloudy. Rain is forecast for most of the territory, wet snow is possible in the north.

At night it will be from -3 to +2 degrees, during the day on Saturday – +6-11 degrees, on Sunday – +4-8 degrees.
