In November, Belarusians can expect an increase in child benefits, social pensions, allowances and supplements to pensions.
Also in November, innovations are expected for taxi drivers and private medical centers.

Benefits, social pensions, allowances and additional payments to pensions
In Belarus, the size of the subsistence minimum budget, to which child benefits, social pensions, care allowances and age-related pension supplements are tied, is reviewed quarterly (February 1, May 1, August 1 and November 1). So, from November 1, these payments will increase.
As for labor pensions (by age, by disability, for length of service, in case of loss of a breadwinner), they increased in October by 5%. This was the second increase in a year, the first was from February 1 by 10%.
Payment of property taxes
We are talking about transport tax, real estate tax and land tax. They must be paid by November 15.
From this year, the said taxes are paid as a single property payment. The Ministry of Taxes and Duties began sending out notifications back in August.
New rules for currency exchange
Will come into effect on October 26. Exchange offices will not be able to accept currencies for which the demand is insignificant and the rate of which is set once a month (Georgian lari, Egyptian pound).
It is officially permitted to indicate rates on electronic boards in exchange offices. It will not be possible to indicate different rates in different places of the exchange office.
If the client did not see the rate due to a technical failure, he can request the cancellation of the transaction.
Changes in foreign exchange contracts
Some changes to the procedure for registering foreign exchange contracts came into effect on October 1, while others will come into effect on November 19.
Thus, the list of currency transactions, during which a currency agreement is registered, was supplemented with an operation that provides for the fulfillment by a non-resident of obligations to a resident and by a resident to a non-resident on the basis of factoring agreements.
Innovations in paid medicine
From November 1, the list of paid medical services, the rates for which are regulated by the Ministry of Health, will include consultations with specialist doctors.
This list also includes diagnostic services (ultrasound, laboratory, endoscopic, radiation, functional diagnostics), dental services and medical examination to obtain a driver's certificate.
Cigarette prices rise
According to the Ministry of Taxes and Duties, from November 1, 9 types of tobacco products will increase in price by 10-20 kopecks.
Increase in the number of flights to Moscow
From October 27, Belavia will increase the number of flights to Moscow from Brest (up to 4 per week) and Gomel (daily).
You can fly from Brest to the Russian capital on Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Arrival airport – Sheremetyevo.
From Gomel, Belavia will fly on Tuesdays and Fridays to Vnukovo, and on other days to Sheremetyevo.
Innovations for taxi drivers
From November 1, carriers not included in the register of passenger transportation in irregular traffic will not be able to operate legally. Until October 31, inclusion in the register is free.
Big weekend
In November, Belarusians will have four days off in a row. Four-day weekends are expected from November 7 to 10.
The working day from Friday, November 8th is moved to Saturday, November 16th.
