The rules for using airspace in Belarus have changed.
This is provided for by Government Resolution No. 765 of 17.10.2024.

How the rules for using airspace have changed
The resolution defines terms and outlines requirements for owners of high-rise structures and airspace users.
The rules have been supplemented with a clause prohibiting the operation of an aircraft/drone while under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
It is also not permitted to operate a drone without a certificate (license) for the right to independently operate a drone, including one that is part of an unmanned aircraft complex of a certain type, except in cases provided for by law.
In addition, the rules are supplemented with provisions on restricted areas over certain regions, the procedure for using airspace in them if necessary, etc.
The document comes into force on the day of its official publication.
