From October 11 to 13, the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Minsk Region is working on accident-prone sections of the P28 and P53 highways.

How are the P28 and P53 routes being tested?
According to the State Traffic Inspectorate, this year on the P28 “Minsk – Molodechno – Naroch” highway there were 17 traffic accidents with five fatalities and 20 injuries.
On the P53 “Sloboda – Novosady” highway, there were 3 accidents in September, with two fatalities and one injured.
In order to prevent road traffic injuries and suppress violations from 5 pm Friday to 11 pm Sunday
The Minsk Region State Traffic Inspectorate conducts raids with massive work on accident-prone sections of the specified routes with enhanced control over compliance with the Traffic Rules by road users, including through mixed and covert control.
Traffic police patrols will be on duty during periods of time characterized by the highest probability of offenses and accidents.
Particular attention will be paid to violations that are the main causes of accidents with serious consequences.
These include: drunk driving, unlicensed driving, speeding, violation of passenger transportation rules, violation of traffic rules by vulnerable road users (pedestrians, cyclists).
Control over drivers of two-wheeled and route vehicles will also be strengthened, the press service of the Internal Affairs Directorate said in a statement.
