The Ministry of Taxes and Duties commented on the published information “about a possible increase in property taxes.”
The decision may be made next year and will affect owners of residential buildings and apartments.
The increase in the estimated cost of 1 sq. m., which is the basis for calculating the tax, will occur at the predicted level of inflation, which will lead to an increase in the tax amount, the Ministry of Taxes and Duties reports.
That is, when calculating the tax payment for a 60 square meter apartment in the capital, “the increase will be within Br4.”
At the same time, it is specified that the draft amendments to the Tax Code - 2025 can be found on the pages of the National Legal Internet Portal.
The bill is currently being introduced in the House of Representatives.
