At the same time, Ushakov clarified that Erdogan sent “a good Turkish gift.”

Answering journalists’ questions about whether it was possible to comply with the limit of 3,000 Russian rubles permitted for government employees, Ushakov estimated the cost of the gift with the phrase “a little more.”

At the same time, Putin’s aide did not say what exactly Vladimir Vladimirovich received for his birthday, but only explained that “there were gifts.”

It is worth noting that no official congratulations were received from the EU or US leadership to Putin.
