According to weather forecasters, it will get warmer in Belarus this week. The situation will start changing on Tuesday, October 8.
But it's too early to rejoice. Firstly, there will be a strong and gusty wind. Secondly, by the end of the week, the thermometers will return to their previous readings.
How the weather will change this week, BELTA reports with reference to the Republican Center for Hydrometeorology, Control of Radioactive Pollution and Environmental Monitoring of the Ministry of Natural Resources.
If cloudy weather with precipitation continues in the republic on Monday, and the air temperature does not exceed 8-14 degrees Celsius, then the situation will begin to change on Tuesday, October 8.
October 8
On Tuesday, October 8, precipitation will cease in most regions of Belarus.
The wind will change direction to the southwest and warm air masses will begin to arrive.
At night and in the morning in the eastern half there will be rain, fog is possible, during the day there will be mostly no precipitation.
At night, the air temperature will fluctuate from +3 to +9. During the day, the air will warm up to 9-15, and in the southwest to 16-18 degrees with a plus sign.
October 9
Wednesday will also be mostly dry.
At night and in the morning in some areas light fog is possible, and in some areas winds are expected to increase to 15-18 m/s.
The air temperature at night will be from +1 to +8, and in the western regions up to +12 degrees. In the east, frosts from 0 to -2 are possible during clearings.
During the day, the thermometer will rise to +11 in the northeast and +22 in the west.
October 10
Also, mostly no precipitation is forecast. The exception will be the northwest of the republic, where short-term rains will fall at night.
Light fog is possible in some places at night and in the morning.
At night it will noticeably warm up to +6 +12 degrees Celsius. During the day in the north-east it is expected to be +13, and in the west up to +22.
October 11
The weather will start to deteriorate closer to the weekend. At night in some places, and in the morning and during the day in most of Belarus there will be rain, in some areas with thunderstorms. At night and in the morning there will be light fog.
The air temperature at night is from +8 to +15. During the day +12 to +19, and in the southeast up to +22 degrees Celsius.
October 12
At night and in the morning in most parts of the country, and in some places during the day, short-term rains are forecast, with light fog in some places.
The air will warm up to +4 +9 degrees at night, and to +12 in the east. During the day, the temperature will fluctuate from 9 to 15 degrees Celsius.
October 13
Mostly no precipitation. Short-term rains are possible at night in some places in the east, and during the day in the west of the republic.
Light fog is possible in some places at night and in the morning.
At night from +1 to +9. During the day the thermometer will not rise above +8 +13.
