What to do if you haven’t received a notice to pay property tax – the Ministry of Taxes and Duties told Belarusians

Belarusians must pay property tax by November 15. Tax Ministry employees send notifications to taxpayers in advance.

But what if the corresponding notification has not been received?

What to do if you have not received a notice of payment of property tax, BELTA reports with reference to the Ministry of Taxes and Duties.

There are three approximate options for this case.

First, personal account

You can register on the tax authorities’ website and generate a notification.

Secondly, the appeal

One of the easiest options is to contact the tax authority, where you can get all the necessary information or a copy of the notice.

Thirdly, ERIP

You need to go to payments and transfers. Then select the "Settlement" System (ERIP).

The next step is taxes. Here we select the locality at the place of registration of the individual (city, region, district).

Next, the tax authority for the district or the tax authority’s taxpayer department (at the place of registration of the individual).

Then we select a single property payment, enter the payer’s registration number and make the payment.

How to find out your UNP

To do this, you need to go to the official website of the Ministry of Taxes and Taxes and use the electronic service "Information from the State Register of Payers (Other Obligated Persons)".

Belarusians are reminded that the deadline for paying property taxes is November 15.
