What innovations are provided for by the bill on consumer credit and microloans
As Raiko explained, the scope of the document extends to banks, pawnshops and mobile operators.
It is planned to grant operators the right to provide microloans, the parliamentarian said.
According to him, the main innovation of the bill is informing citizens at all stages: from the moment the contract is concluded to the moment the obligations are fulfilled.
Secondly, banks will provide deferments in difficult life situations (death of a spouse, recognition as disabled, loss of job, temporary disability for more than 40 days, increase in the number of dependents).
In addition, banks will be able to expand their presence through partnership agreements.
