Yermak recalled that the Ukrainian president promised to present a victory plan to citizens after the presentation to US President Joseph Biden and other partners.

Zelensky presented his plan for victory to Biden at a meeting in Washington on September 26.
US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Washington would study the plan proposed by Kyiv.
