The star of "Morning Mail", TV presenter and actor Yuri Nikolaev was hospitalized in Moscow.
The 75-year-old artist agreed to undergo hospital treatment after fainting twice, MK reports.
The first time Yuri Alexandrovich felt ill was on Saturday afternoon.
At that moment he was at home, in his apartment on Savvinskaya Embankment. Nikolaev fainted. His condition only worsened because he hit his head when he fell.
The doctors who arrived at the call suggested that the man consider the option of hospitalization, but he apparently thought that even home is a cure, so he responded negatively to the offer.
But already on Sunday morning Nikolaev fainted for the second time.
In addition, he complained of feeling unwell in general, which is why the TV presenter’s niece Olga decided to call doctors for help.
This time the "TV veteran" did not refuse and went to the hospital. His wife accompanied him.
