In October, Anna Sedokova filed a lawsuit to dissolve her marriage with Janis Timma.
The couple's relationship began to crack, and after four years of marriage they decided to get a divorce.
The singer filed a claim with the magistrate's court. This means that there are no property or other disputes between the woman and her partner.
However, the court left the artist's application without action. StarHit.ru reported on the reasons.
It turned out that the claim did not comply with the requirements of the Code of Civil Procedure.
What should Sedokova do, since she is determined to break off relations at the official level?
As explained by the press service, Anna must correct the identified deficiencies within the time period set by the court - in which case the claim will be accepted.
If the former soloist of the pop group “VIA Gra” leaves everything unchanged, then the claim will be returned to her.
Nobody knows what Sedokova will do – in response to a request to comment on the current situation, she stated that she wants everyone to leave her alone.
“I’m so tired of all this,” Anna admitted emotionally.
