Reginald Kenneth Dwight, better known in the music world as Sir Elton John, has told fans there is little left of him.
The 77-year-old musician has not yet given up on his career and even performed several hits on the piano at the New York Film Festival.
And yet, the elderly singer rarely appears in public, and devotes more and more attention to restoring his health.
In one of his interviews, he admitted that there was little left of him. This is how Sir Elton John commented on the surgeries he had undergone and his health condition.
To be honest, there is little left of me. I have no tonsils, adenoids or appendix. I have no prostate. I have no right hip, no left knee, no right knee, - the Zen channel Passion quotes the musician as saying, citing the Daily Mail.
And after suffering a severe infection, he partially lost his sight and can see almost nothing with one eye.
The artist jokes that only his left hip was not subjected to surgical intervention, but he is still alive and thanks his fans for their support.
Moreover, the singer feels the happiest now, despite health problems and the end of touring activities.
As you know, I decided to stop touring because I am 77 years old, I have done everything I could. I have succeeded, - admits Sir Elton.
According to him, it’s time to make room.
