The world's largest collection of items related to the X-Men franchise contains over 25,000 items.
It belongs to an American named Eric Jascolka, who, thanks to his hobby, got into the Guinness Book of Records.
By profession, Jaskolka is a project manager in IT.
Now 53, he developed a passion for collecting back in 1989, when a teacher who owned a comic book store told him about the existence of superheroes.
Eric's collection started with magazines and toys.
Over time, it became much more diverse: among the exhibits there were figurines, costumes, calendars, lunch boxes, school supplies and various textiles - towels, bed linen, etc.
Some of the items are stored at Jaskolka's home and occupy two rooms. Hundreds more items are stored separately.
The money spent on purchasing items from the collection, according to the man, would be enough for him to buy a very nice house.
