The popular Japanese car company Mitsubishi has distinguished itself with similar achievements. Wanting to attract attention to its products, the manufacturer set 5 world records at once.
A pair of the concern's cars set five world records in just one day.
Of course, the achievement was registered in the Guinness Book of Records.
Mitsubishi engineers decided to show the world what their cars are capable of in winter driving conditions.
The records were set on the ice of Ghost Lake in Canada using four-wheel drive Outlander and Outlander Sport models.
In just 24 hours, drivers showed:
- the maximum distance that could be covered in reverse in 30 seconds was 300 meters;
