According to the chefs’ calculations, this is enough to feed 40 thousand people.

It is not surprising that the dessert was included in the Guinness Book of Records - representatives of the publication were present during its creation and recorded a new record.

The previous record holder was pastry chef Duff Goldman from Lowville, New York.

In 2013, during a cream cheese festival held in the city, he managed to bake a cheesecake with a diameter of 2.3 meters, a thickness of 75 centimeters and a weight of 3.13 tons.

This truly gigantic dessert was divided into 25 thousand portions.
