David Rush from the American state of Idaho set a new record by drinking a liter of lemon juice in record time.
The record was set on May 26, 2024.
That day, the man managed to empty a liter container filled with sour juice through a straw in 13.64 seconds.
Unfortunately, the achievement did not go unnoticed for the record holder’s health.
As David admitted, soon after this he developed a severe stomach ache.
However, this is probably not the first time the American has experienced unpleasant sensations, since it is not the first time he has drunk lemon juice for speed.
Previously, he was able to drink the same amount of acidic liquid in 16.5 seconds, but German record holder Andre Ortolf decided to compete with him and managed to do it in 16 seconds.
After this, Rush decided to take revenge.
