Ortrud Kastown from Germany is the owner of the world's largest collection of clowns.
This achievement made her a Guinness World Record holder in 2012.
The woman, who was 61 years old when she registered her achievement, began collecting clowns in 1995 after being treated for alcohol addiction.
It took more than 15 years for her collection to grow to 2,053 items.
Having become interested in clowns, Ortrud found them a source of joy and inspiration, which helped her overcome her addiction.
"I remember one time I was in therapy doing a mosaic. There was a clown in the picture. Something just clicked. From that day on, I started collecting clowns," Orti said.
The collection became so large that Ortrud had to move to a larger house to accommodate all of her clowns.
But it seems that this solution did not help, and Ortrud was forced to create a small clown museum near her home in the city of Essen in order to move part of her collection there.
Among the exhibits that the woman owns are not only various clowns, but also all sorts of objects associated with their image.
