The largest collective breakfast in the world (as confirmed by the Guinness Book of Records) took place in 2013 in Dubai.
The event was organised by Kellogg's at the Dubai Mall.
The breakfast, which offered visitors a snack of cornflakes, was attended by 1,354 participants.
The event broke the previous record set in 2012 in the British county of Kent, when 841 people gathered to share their first meal together.
Participants in the event received breakfast from tents set up by the organizers in the style of different countries, including Russia, India and the Philippines.
To accommodate all the participants, they logically needed very large furniture, so a 301-meter-long table was installed along the embankment especially for this purpose – the longest table in the world.
Kellogg's also unveiled the world's largest box of cornflakes at the event.
Its dimensions were 2.84 meters in length, 1.11 meters in depth and 4 meters in height.
