David Rush from the USA can be called a “serial” record holder – he has more than one achievement to his credit, and all of them are, to put it mildly, unusual.

This time, David got into the Guinness Book of Records for breaking 63 pencils in 30 seconds.

This made him the record holder for breaking 90 pencils in a minute.

Rush shared what he did to achieve what he wanted. According to him, it took him 3 years of hard training.

During this time, he not only broke office supplies, but also built up muscle strength and trained his endurance, as well as pain tolerance.

To do this, he bent sticks and used an expander.

But that’s not all – the preparation was not limited to physical training.

David Rush admitted that during their absence, he visualized the ideal technique and strategized on how best to arrange his pencils for maximum efficiency.
