Darius the rabbit was included in the Guinness Book of Records as the largest, or rather, longest rabbit in the world.

The German Giant breed reaches 129 cm in length.

Its owner is Englishwoman Annette Edwards, who, by the way, is also a record holder. The ex-PlayBoy model got into the book of records as the oldest model to pose topless for British tabloids.

In April 2021, Edwards revealed that the rabbit had been kidnapped.

Since then, nothing more has been heard from him. The owner believes that Darius is already dead, and she has several reasons for this.

Firstly, at the time of the abduction he was already 12 years old, which by human standards is about 100.

And secondly, the spoiled pet simply could not do without special food in the form of flat cakes and barley rings in puree.

The former model was ready to pay £2,000 for the return of her pet, but no offers were received from the attackers.

In this regard, Annette believes that the rabbit was kidnapped not for financial gain, but out of pure malice.
