What Zelensky said about his plan to win
The Ukrainian president said that the victory plan envisages a quick end to the conflict, rather than dragging it out for several years.
According to him, the plan is aimed at strengthening the Ukrainian Armed Forces, not negotiations.
It is not about negotiations with Russia... It is about strengthening Ukraine, the Ukrainian army, the head of the Ukrainian state stated.
Zelensky also stated that the end of the conflict is closer than many think.
A source close to the Ukrainian president told ABC News that the victory plan includes indicators of the military aid Ukraine needs and a list of diplomatic and political steps. The source clarified that the plan does not include concessions to Moscow.
