Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced his intention to use American long-range ATACMS missiles to strike Russia.
The head of the Ukrainian state made this statement on November 19 at a press conference with the head of the Danish government, Mette Frederiksen.

What Zelensky said about using ATACMS to strike Russia
The head of the Ukrainian state announced his intention to use ATACMS for strikes against the Russian Federation and confirmed that Ukraine had received the corresponding permission.
At the same time, the President of Ukraine did not confirm the ATACMS strike on the Bryansk region.
Zelensky noted that Kyiv is working to ensure that all countries support the decision to strike deep into Russia.
I think it is time for Germany to support this decision, the head of the Ukrainian state added.
As reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense, on the night of November 19, the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked the Bryansk region with six ATACMS missiles. Five missiles were shot down, one was damaged.
The missiles fell on the technical territory of a military facility, a fire broke out. It was extinguished, there were no casualties or damage.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov called the strike on the Bryansk region by ATACMS missiles a signal from the West about escalation.
