The Kremlin has commented on an article in the American newspaper The Wall Street Journal about the new plan of the team of the elected US President Donald Trump for Ukraine.
Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov called the WSJ publication abstract.
The statement by the Kremlin representative is quoted by MIA "Russia Today" .
How Peskov commented on the WSJ article about Trump's plan for Ukraine
According to the WSJ, the new plan from Trump's team involves freezing the conflict along the front line with the creation of a demilitarized zone.
The plan also provides for continued arms supplies to Ukraine in exchange for its promise not to join the North Atlantic Alliance for at least 20 years.
Commenting on this article, Peskov noted that this looks more like the newspaper’s own plan for Ukraine.
Everything there is impersonal. It looks more like the WSJ plan for Ukraine. The publications are becoming more and more abstract, - the press secretary of the head of the Russian state said.
