What Moskalkova said about a possible big exchange
As the Russian ombudsman said, the military is negotiating a major exchange, but an agreement has not yet been reached.
She recalled that she had previously published two lists – of 900 and 600 people. They were sent to the Ukrainian side.
According to Moskalkova, the Russian side is still ready to hand over people from these lists.
And we would expect the same number of prisoners of war from Ukraine, ” the ombudsman added.
She also reported that an agreement had been reached on sending mutual parcels of warm clothing and letters from relatives to the prisoners.
