It has become known that next Tuesday, November 5, 2024, Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with Belarusian Ambassador Alexander Rogozhnik.
The fact is that on this day the Russian leader will accept credentials from 28 newly arrived ambassadors of foreign states, including a Belarusian diplomat.
The Kremlin press service reported this, noting that the ceremony will traditionally be held in the Alexander Hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace.
Together with the head of the Belarusian diplomatic mission, ambassadors from 28 countries will present their credentials.
Among them are the heads of diplomatic missions of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Canada, Japan, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Israel, and others.
Earlier, on July 8, Alexander Rogozhnik presented copies of his credentials to the Russian Foreign Ministry.
From that day on, he officially assumed his duties as the Ambassador of Belarus to the Russian Federation.
Before this, the Belarusian diplomatic mission in Moscow was headed by Dmitry Krutoy, who now heads the Administration of the President of Belarus.
