At the congress of the United Russia party, its leader Dmitry Medvedev made a loud statement.
He informed those present that new regions may appear within the Russian Federation.
The announcement was made in the context of discussions regarding the experience of integrating Donbass and Novorossiya.
This experience may be in demand in the future, if new regions very close to us appear in our country, because this is possible, - the Deputy Head of the Security Council of the Russian Federation is quoted by MIA "Russia Today".
The politician also said that his country’s enemies are currently doing everything they can to fan the flames of the Ukrainian conflict even further.
However, he disappointed them by reporting that Russian society had united, wanting to give the aggressors a proper rebuff.
Medvedev also pointed out the fact that the outgoing year brought a number of trials for Russia.
Many of them are related to the fact that the West continues to pump Ukraine with weapons and money.
In addition, the head of the party drew attention to the fact that attacks on Russian territories continue.
