Medinsky reveals new details of interrupted negotiations with Ukraine

According to Medinsky, an agreement of almost 20 pages with appendices was developed during the negotiations in 2022. The document was printed and handed over to the leaders of the countries.

The Russian presidential aide noted that the opportunity to agree on a cessation of hostilities existed at the very first meeting in Belarus.

If only the Ukrainian side had the intelligence and will to do this, Medinsky added.

He also spoke about the prospects for resolving the conflict under US President-elect Donald Trump.
