Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko announced that Minsk and Moscow have reached an unprecedented level of military strategic alliance.
The head of state made this statement at a meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State of Belarus and Russia.

What Lukashenko said about the military strategic alliance between Belarus and Russia
The head of state noted that life itself forces Belarus and Russia to pay special attention to defense capability.
According to the President, with the signing of the interstate Treaty on Security Guarantees and the Security Concept of the Union State, Minsk and Moscow are reaching an unprecedented level of strategic alliance and coordination of actions in the military sphere.
Lukashenko noted that the signing of these documents will allow Belarus and Russia to prevent violation of territorial integrity and preserve sovereignty and independence.
And most importantly, to create guarantees of a peaceful life for the citizens of both countries, the head of state added.
