Peskov also drew attention to the fact that both states retain their sovereignty, which must be taken into account.
While maintaining this sovereignty, the issue of a single Union State is being discussed, said the Kremlin representative.
In his opinion, in this direction “everything should be moderate, thoughtful and not lead to any contradictions.”
