The anti-rating of French leader Emmanuel Macron has reached its highest level in almost 6 years.
It turned out that 75 percent of the country's residents are dissatisfied with the current president of France.
This conclusion was made based on the results of a survey conducted by Ifop for one of the media outlets of a Western European country.
It is emphasized that Macron's popularity rating turned out to be very low: only every fourth resident of France supports the policy.
Never since the looting of the Arc de Triomphe at the height of the Yellow Vests crisis in December 2018 has the president's popularity rating fallen so low, MIA " Russia Today " quotes a translated quote from an article published in one of the French newspapers.
As the authors of the article noted, the French president is criticized for his high self-esteem, as well as for the dissolution of parliament in the summer, which led to serious problems in the republic.
It is noted that the residents of France are also dissatisfied with the activities of Michel Barnier, the head of the French government. The politician's anti-rating is 55 percent.
More than 2,000 people took part in the survey. All respondents were adults. The margin of error is estimated at a maximum of 1.4 percent.
