What Putin said about the possibility of Oreshnik strikes on decision-making centers
Journalists asked Putin about Russia's reaction to the ongoing strikes by Western long-range missiles.
The Russian President noted that the Russian Federation’s response will depend on the targets that the General Staff will select.
We do not rule out the use of Oreshnik against military industry facilities or decision-making centers, including in Kiev, the head of the Russian state said.
When asked for clarification about the possibility of Oreshnik strikes on decision-making centers, Putin responded with a joke from the Soviet era.
In Soviet times, there was a joke about weather forecasts. The forecast was: "Today, during the day, everything is possible," said the Russian president.

"Oreshnik" is a Russian experimental mobile ground-based missile system and a medium-range ballistic missile of the same name.
