According to the statesman, the enemies of the Russian Federation are Western countries.

A representative of the Russian Security Council noted that at the moment the following countries are being discussed:
- United States of America;
- Western European countries;
- Canada;
- Australia.
Medvedev added that this list also includes a number of other countries.
According to the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia, all of the above-mentioned states have put themselves in a similar situation.
In addition, Medvedev expressed great regret that the above-mentioned countries are enemies of Russia.
