Belarus is ready to help Algeria on the issue of creating a grain hub.
Alexander Lukashenko stated this in a congratulatory message addressed to his Algerian counterpart Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
The reason for the celebratory address was the 70th anniversary of Revolution Day celebrated by the named African country, as reported by the press service of the President of Belarus.
According to the author of the message, this day in the history of Algeria “symbolizes the resilience, courage and unwavering will of the people to build an independent state.”
This day also, the text says, recalls the sacrifices and hardships that Algerians “had to overcome” to gain sovereignty.
The head of state assured that Belarusians “honor the memory of the heroes” who contributed to the establishment of an independent Algeria.
Lukashenko notes the fact that relations between Minsk and Algeria have reached a new level, while cooperation between the countries continues to strengthen.
We are ready to help implement your initiatives to create a grain hub, a fertilizer hub, self-sufficiency in food products, and in other sectors in Algeria, the Belarusian leader noted.
He wished his colleague and all Algerians stability and further prosperity.
