The Russian side is ready to seek compromises to resolve the situation in Ukraine.

However, mutual concessions must be reasonable.

This statement was made by the Russian leader Vladimir Putin.

The Russian President emphasized that despite Moscow’s readiness for reasonable compromises, there is no interaction on this matter.

We are ready to seek compromises, we are ready to make reasonable compromises, Putin said in an interview with Olga Skabeeva, reports MIA " Russia Today ".

The head of the Russian state added that at the moment he has no desire to share details on this matter.

And Putin explained it this way: at the moment, negotiations on the case are not even being conducted due to Kyiv’s reluctance.

Despite Moscow’s stated readiness for certain compromises, the Russian President emphasized that the outcome of the settlement in Ukraine must be in Russia’s favor.

Putin is confident that it is necessary to take into account the situation in the war zone.

The politician also stated that Russia has no plans to make concessions or carry out “exchanges” in this regard.
