According to him, Russia will not be forced to sit down at the negotiating table on Zelensky’s terms.

The head of state noted that he had repeatedly spoken to Zelensky about this.

I told him about this a thousand times at the beginning of the war, the president said.

On October 16, the President of Ukraine presented his plan for victory in the Verkhovna Rada.

The plan has five points. Among them are lifting restrictions on strikes deep into Russia, inviting Ukraine to join the North Atlantic Alliance until the end of the conflict, and deploying a non-nuclear deterrent package in Ukraine.

The document includes classified appendices, which were only made available to NATO countries with significant military potential.
