Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko answered the question of whether Russian President Vladimir Putin regrets the decision to launch the SVO.

Both sides are suffering heavy losses. Does Putin regret this or not? Of course he does, he is a living person, Lukashenko said.
At the same time, the President of Belarus added, Putin is firmly convinced that he is right.
