Russia calls on its friends and partners not to support Volodymyr Zelensky’s “victory plan”.

The corresponding statement was made by Alexey Polischuk, a representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

According to the diplomat, the “victory plan” promoted by Kyiv contains “neither a plan nor a victory.”

A similar situation, as noted by the director of one of the departments of the Russian Foreign Ministry, is observed with the “peace formula”: “no peace, no formula.”

We warn our friends and partners against supporting these ultimatum initiatives, MIA " Russia Today " quotes Alexey Polischuk as saying.

The diplomat believes that an attempt is being made to draw some countries into the above-mentioned formats through deception and pressure.

A representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry believes that the “victory plan” contradicts Kyiv’s statements about its desire for peace, since the list presented by Zelensky envisages an escalation of the conflict.

"Victory Plan" by Volodymyr Zelensky

Let us recall that several days ago the Ukrainian leader publicly presented a “victory plan”.

The list includes 5 items and 3 secret additions.

Among the steps proposed by Zelensky are the following:

  • invitation of Ukraine to the North Atlantic Alliance with subsequent membership of the country in this military-political bloc;
  • granting Kyiv permission to use long-range weapons to strike at Russian territory;
  • the emergence in Ukraine of a “non-nuclear deterrence package” for the Russian Federation.
