Today, the Ukrainian president presented his plan for victory in the Verkhovna Rada.
The plan has five points, one of which is inviting Ukraine to join the North Atlantic Alliance until the end of the conflict.
Commenting on this initiative, Zakharova stated that this is not a plan, but a set of incoherent slogans.
