Azerbaijani Prime Minister Spotted in Belarus

Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov was spotted in Belarus. He is reported to have arrived in Minsk on an official visit.

At the airport on the evening of October 2, he was met by the Deputy Head of the Belarusian Government, Igor Petrishenko.

As reported by the ONT TV channel, today, October 3, negotiations between the two prime ministers are to take place – both in a narrow and expanded format.

After this, according to the program of the visit, a joint visit to the largest capital enterprises and the Azerbaijan Trade House in Minsk is planned.

It is worth noting that in May 2024, Alexander Lukashenko paid an official visit to Azerbaijan.

The result of his trip, according to the TV channel, was a “powerful impetus” for the further development of bilateral relations between Minsk and Baku.

At that time, the presidents of the two countries outlined common approaches to various issues related to the interaction of states, as well as to some international topics.
