What Stoltenberg said about changes in Russia's nuclear doctrine

The NATO Secretary General stated that Russia did not make any changes to the document that would require changes in the alliance’s policy.

He called on NATO countries not to succumb to Russia's alleged nuclear rhetoric and to continue providing assistance to Ukraine.

Stoltenberg noted that Russia has repeatedly tried unsuccessfully to prevent the build-up of aid to Ukraine in the form of new types of weapons.
