Peskov: The Nord Streams were undermined by large states

The Kremlin has announced that major countries were involved in the bombing of the Nord Stream gas pipelines.

The corresponding statement was made on September 26 by the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov.

What Peskov said about the involvement of major countries in the destruction of Nord Stream

Journalists asked a Kremlin spokesman to comment on the issuance of arrest warrants by German authorities in the case of sabotage at Nord Stream.

Peskov stated that Russian special services have information that suggests that the sabotage could hardly have been carried out by a group of “private individuals.”

We are talking about the involvement of large states in organizing and carrying out this act of sabotage, ” added the press secretary of the head of the Russian state.

Yesterday, the German government confirmed that arrest warrants had been issued in the Nord Stream sabotage case, and the German publication Spiegel, citing sources, reported that the operation to blow up the gas pipelines was financed by private funds and cost almost $300,000.
