Russia's possible restriction of the export of strategic raw materials will be a forced response to the West's bandit actions.
This was stated by the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, in an interview with journalist Pavel Zarubin.
The video was posted on Zarubin's Telegram channel.
What Peskov said about restricting the export of strategic raw materials
On September 11, at a meeting with the government, Vladimir Putin proposed considering the possibility of limiting certain types of strategic raw materials, in particular titanium, nickel and uranium.
We need to respond to not just unfriendly, but bandit-like actions against us, Peskov commented.
He noted that the export of strategic raw materials will be limited with caution, since the market is quite competitive.
Having lost positions there once, it then takes decades to win them back again, added the press secretary of the head of the Russian state.
