What Ryabkov said about the West's decision to strike deep into Russia
The deputy head of the Russian Foreign Ministry stated that Moscow knows that the decision to strike deep into Russia has already been made by the West.
We know that the relevant decisions were made some time ago, and signals of this kind were transmitted to Kiev, Ryabkov said.
On Thursday, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that lifting restrictions on Kiev's use of Western long-range weapons would mean that NATO countries are at war with Russia.
Today, the White House said it took Putin's warning seriously.
