The countries of the North Atlantic Alliance will start a direct war with the Russian Federation if they lift restrictions on the Ukrainian Armed Forces launching long-range strikes deep into Russia.
This was stated on September 13 by Russia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzya, at a meeting of the UN Security Council on Ukraine.

What Nebenzya said about NATO's war with Russia
According to the Russian Permanent Representative to the UN, if NATO countries lift restrictions on strikes deep into Russia, they will start a direct war with it.
Nebenzya warned that Russia will be forced to make appropriate decisions.

He stressed that the West will not be able to shift the blame onto Kyiv and shirk responsibility.
Nebenzya also stated that such a scenario would fundamentally change Russia’s relations with the Western camp.
US Secretary of State Antony Blinken recently announced that US President Joseph Biden and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer will discuss lifting restrictions on strikes against Russia by British long-range Storm Shadow missiles at a meeting in Washington on September 13.
At the same time, The Guardian reported on September 11 that the British Prime Minister does not plan to publicly announce the lifting of restrictions following the meeting with Biden.
According to The Daily Telegraph, if the decision is made, the US and UK will announce it at the UN General Assembly at the end of September.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said yesterday that the West is now deciding whether to become directly involved in the conflict.
