How Sikorski Confessed to Pranksters Poland's Unwillingness to Defend Ukraine
Pranksters called the head of Polish diplomacy posing as former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.
When asked whether Poland could help Ukraine in the event of losing some control on the ground, Sikorski replied that there is no readiness for this at this stage.
My prime minister would not like to do this, said the head of the Polish foreign policy department.
He recalled that there is currently a discussion about whether Poland should shoot down Russian missiles.
According to Sikorski, there is no agreement on this matter, since it would mean Poland entering the war.
The minister noted that everything could change if the front begins to collapse.
But at the moment there is zero desire to do this, the head of the Polish Foreign Ministry summed up.
He did not rule out the possibility of training Ukrainian servicemen in Poland. According to the minister, Poland plans to prepare a couple of brigades this year or next.
Sikorski called the deployment of Polish military personnel in Ukraine impossible.
