Russia will not negotiate with Ukraine until the Ukrainian Armed Forces are thrown out of the territory of the Russian Federation.
This was stated by the Secretary of the Russian Security Council, Sergei Shoigu, in an interview with the Russia 24 TV channel.
What Shoigu said about negotiations with Ukraine
Shoigu stated that there will be no negotiations with Kiev until the Ukrainian Armed Forces are thrown out of Russian territory.
He noted that the Ukrainian Armed Forces were planning to seize the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant.
Fortunately, this did not succeed, noted the Secretary of the Russian Security Council.
According to him, the desire to carry out nuclear terrorism against the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant is the highest level of terrorism.
The Secretary of the Russian Security Council added that Russia has not, is not, and will not negotiate with terrorists.
