Russia will not negotiate with Ukraine until the Ukrainian Armed Forces are thrown out of the territory of the Russian Federation.

This was stated by the Secretary of the Russian Security Council, Sergei Shoigu, in an interview with the Russia 24 TV channel.

What Shoigu said about negotiations with Ukraine

Shoigu stated that there will be no negotiations with Kiev until the Ukrainian Armed Forces are thrown out of Russian territory.

He noted that the Ukrainian Armed Forces were planning to seize the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant.
