Lukashenko: It is better to live poorer than to fight

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko called on young people not to seek enrichment at any cost.

The head of state made the corresponding statement at the event “Open Microphone with the President” with students of higher educational institutions of the Vitebsk region.

The President noted that the current young generation will build the future of the country, and called on young people not to strive for enrichment at any cost.

It is better to live a little poorer than to fight, as is happening outside our country, the head of state said.

He noted that Belarus is not having an easy time, since an economic war has been unleashed against it and illegal, barbaric sanctions have been introduced.

According to the president, it is only thanks to the fact that Belarus has managed to build relations with Russia, China and other countries that it has been able to maintain a balance.
