An automatic feeder, sometimes called a dispenser or fielder, is nothing more than a device designed for portioned feeding of food – both freeze-dried and wet canned.
This “device” gives the cat a certain amount of food in accordance with the time interval set by the owner.
How does an automatic feeder work?
The dispenser is very easy to use.
1. Pour the required amount of food into the loading container, close and secure the lid so that the pet cannot get inside.
2. Set the timer to the desired time interval (usually 8, 12 and 24 hours).
3. Place the automatic feeder in a convenient and familiar place for your cat.
When you can't do without an automatic feeder
An automatic feeder will be indispensable for your pet in the following situations.
1. If you have a bad memory and often forget that the cat also wants to eat.
2. If you have to be absent for a long time (on business trips, vacations, etc.).
3. If, due to health problems, your pet requires frequent and fractional feeding strictly on time.
4. In situations where it is necessary to give the animal medicine in a measured dose and at a specific time.
